COMPANY WELLNESS + CONSULTING

Support the people.
Strengthen the work.

Burnout, strained teams, leadership pressure, workplace culture, and the emotional weight of meaningful work can affect far more than morale.

GDC partners with companies to understand what is happening beneath the surface and create support that strengthens the people, relationships, and systems behind the work.

We bring together trauma-informed practice, organizational wellness, leadership support, professional development, and practical consultation in ways that reflect the realities of your people and your workplace.

REAL CHALLENGES.

The signs often show up before the solution is clear.

You do not need all of the answers before reaching out.

Our role is to help you understand what may be contributing to what you are seeing and determine what kind of support makes sense for your people, goals, and capacity.

You may be seeing:

  • employees who are exhausted, disengaged, or struggling to sustain the pace
  • leaders carrying significant responsibility without enough support of their own
  • communication breakdowns, tension, or trust issues affecting team dynamics
  • the effects of trauma exposure, crisis, or emotionally demanding service environments
  • Growing wellness needs among the communities and clients you serve

MEANINGFUL SUPPORT

Different needs call for different paths.

Some companies come to GDC with a specific request. Others simply know something is not working as well as it should.

Our four paths help organize the possibilities without asking you to diagnose the solution yourself.

Some organizations need one path. Others benefit from a combination.

PATH 01

Workplace Wellness

Help people stay well enough to keep doing meaningful work.

This path may be useful when you are seeing burnout, emotional fatigue, disconnection, trauma exposure, stress, or declining wellbeing across a team.

May include:

  • Wellness Assessment & Evaluation
  • Staff Wellness Workshops
  • Staff Wellness Coaching
Explore this path
Wellness Assessment & Evaluation

Aimed at gathering data to inform wellness services and programming using a combination of validated workplace wellness assessment questions and individualized assessment items. The data will be shared with organization leaders in the form of a visual report and feedback session.

Staff Wellness Workshops

Interactive workshops centering practical mental wellness topics such as burnout prevention & recovery, boundaries, emotional regulation, and more. Healing Circles are offered as a type of workshop.

Staff Wellness Coaching

Individual coaching sessions that give employees space to reflect on wellbeing goals, workplace stressors, and strategies for sustaining themselves. Often used to supplement Employee Assistance Programs.

PATH 02

Leadership + Development

Support the people responsible for supporting everyone else.

This path supports leaders who are navigating responsibility, team strain, organizational change, or the pressure of caring for others while managing their own wellbeing.

May include:

  • The Leader’s Well©
  • Executive Leadership Workshop
  • Leadership Coaching
Explore this path
The Leader’s Well©

A comprehensive, 6-month wellness program specifically designed for leaders, based on our Person-First Leadership© model, which shows how leaders’ own wellness contributes to effective teams and a positive organizational culture. The program includes an experiential workshop for executive leaders, pre/post assessments, monthly coaching, a companion workbook, and certificate upon completion.

Executive Leadership Workshop

A reflective, interactive experience designed to help executive leaders examine how their own wellbeing, leadership practices, and decision-making shape workplace culture. The workshop introduces trauma-informed systems thinking and GDC’s Person-First Leadership Model© while creating space for leaders to strengthen self-awareness, sustainable leadership practices, and the conditions that help teams feel supported and thrive.

It can stand alone as an entry point to leadership and workplace wellness or be integrated into a broader leadership engagement, including The Leader’s Well©.

Leadership Coaching

Individualized coaching for leaders who want support navigating communication, boundaries, team dynamics, decision-making, role strain, and the personal demands of leadership.

PATH 03

Professional Development

Strengthen how people do the work and how programs deliver on their purpose.

This path focuses on strengthening staff competency, service quality, program design, or the systems surrounding the work.

It could include:

  • Professional Development Training
  • Program Development
  • Program Consultation
Explore this path
Professional Development Training

Interactive learning focused on strengthening how people do their work. Topics may include trauma-informed practice, cultural responsiveness, ethics, communication, clinical or helping-professional skills, and other competencies tied to the organization’s goals.

Program Development

Collaborative support for organizations creating, refining, or strengthening programs and services.

Program Consultation

GDC can help teams clarify goals, assess needs, strengthen program structure and delivery, develop curriculum or workflows, and consider how trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered practices show up in the participant experience.

PATH 04

Community + Client Care

Extend wellness support to the people your organization serves.

This path helps extend accessible wellness supports to the people you serve that ground the mission.

May include:

  • Wellness Workshops
  • Psychoeducational Groups
  • Mental Wellness Assessments
  • Embedded Resident Therapist
Explore this path
Wellness Workshops

Interactive wellness sessions designed for the clients, families, members, or communities an organization serves, where participants learn skills to promote and maintain wellness strategies in their lives.

Psychoeducational Groups

Focus on broad mental health literacy topics or topics that bring together clients with a shared identity or experience (e.g., parenting skills, LGBTQ+ youth). Groups are experiential and often occur as a series that includes support for participants over time.

Mental Wellness Assessments

Includes the development, administration, interpretation, and evaluation of individualized mental health assessments for clients, administered in an accessible online format with an aggregate results report. Organization leaders may also opt to have clients meet with a trained mental health clinician for appropriate referrals based on the results.

Commonly requested areas of assessment include: depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, stress and trauma symptoms.

Embedded Resident Therapist

Provides the opportunity to embed one of our mental health providers on-site at your organization, contracted part-time or full-time as the sole source of counseling services or as an additional resource to serve more clients. Resident therapists are supervised, trained, and managed by our Clinical Director, and we work collaboratively with you to determine the specific needs of your clients and help integrate wellness services into standard programming.

Not sure which path fits? We can explore that together.

You do not need to arrive with the solution.

We help identify what would be most useful based on your people, goals, environment, challenges, and capacity.

A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS

A thoughtful process customized for you

01

Listen

We begin by understanding what you are seeing, who is affected, what has already been tried, and what matters most to your organization.

02

Design

We shape an approach around your actual needs rather than forcing your organization into a predetermined package.

03

Deliver

Depending on the engagement, we may facilitate, coach, consult, train, assess, or build alongside your team.

04

Debrief + Refine

For longer partnerships, we use feedback, participation, and agreed-upon indicators to adjust the work as needs evolve.

LET’S CONNECT

Start with what your organization needs.

You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out. Share what your organization is navigating, the areas of support you are considering, and what you hope to accomplish. Your responses will help us understand where you are starting so we can prepare for a more focused conversation about what support may fit.

BEGIN THE CONVERSATION

FLEXIBLE SUPPORT FOR REAL-WORLD NEEDS

Support can meet the size of the need.

You may need one focused experience or a longer relationship that gives the work time to take root.

One-Time Experience

A focused workshop, consultation, facilitated session, or other targeted engagement.

Short-Term Series

A sequence of experiences designed around a defined challenge, audience, or goal.

Ongoing Partnership

Longer-term support that allows us to work more deeply across wellbeing, leadership, culture, development, and organizational needs.

ACCESS BUILT INTO THE MODEL

Pricing designed to meet organizations where they are.

We know the same investment can carry a very different weight depending on an organization’s size, financial stability, longevity, and access to resources.

Our Equitable Pricing Model uses three tiers, Access, Sustain, and Equity, to help us price organizational services in a way that reflects capacity while maintaining the quality and care we bring to every engagement.

Access

Designed for organizations with more limited financial flexibility or access to capital.

Sustain

Designed for organizations with moderate financial stability and growing access to resources.

Equity

Designed for larger or more established organizations with stronger financial capacity and broader access to funding.

Every pricing tier receives the same quality of preparation, facilitation, and care. The tier reflects organizational capacity, not the quality of the service.

Tier considerations may include:
Annual Profit • Reserves • Size • Longevity • Revenue Streams • Organizational Structure

Custom pricing is based on these tiers.

How are pricing tiers determined?

Annual profit barely covers expenses
Reserves
Reserves to cover 3–6 months of expenses
Size
Small
Longevity

Revenue Streams

Structure

Sustain

Reserves

Size
Medium
Longevity
Building (3–7 years)
Revenue Streams
Access to local or state grants, loans, etc.
Structure
For-profit with a non-profit arm

Equity

Annual Profit
Annual revenue regularly exceeds expenses
